Ten Steps From Idea to Delivery

The same sequence runs for every project — whether you arrive with a finished design, a rough sketch, or simply a product that needs a better box.

Phase 01 · Brief & Design

Turning Your Idea Into a Real Structure

This phase is a conversation. You describe the product and the market; we translate it into a structure that can actually be moulded in fiber.

First Communication With Customer
We start with what you are packing, where it ships and what the packaging has to protect.

Customer Provides Creative Ideas or Products
A sketch, a reference photo, an existing package or your physical product — anything works as a starting point.

Design Drawings & 3D Modelling
Your idea becomes drawings and 3D models, so you can judge the structure before anything is machined.

Confirmation of Drawings and Solution

Phase 02 · Sampling & Tooling

You Hold the Sample Before We Scale

Tooling and sample come next. This is the phase that decides whether the final product feels right in the hand.

Sample Mold Making
Built from the confirmed drawing, so the sample shows the real geometry.

Pulp Product Sample Making
The sample is produced in the material and finish you would actually receive in bulk.

Molded Pulp Product Sample Test and Confirmation
Test it in your own packing line. Your confirmation locks the specification.Checkpoint 2

Phase 03 · Mass Production

From One Approved Sample to Volume

With the sample signed off, the project moves to production tooling and the bulk run.

Production tooling is made for volume, so parts stay consistent with the approved sample.

Molded Pulp Product Bulk Production
Pulping, forming, drying, pressing and trimming run as one continuous production line.

Phase 04 · Delivery

Packed, Checked, On Its Way

The last step is the one your warehouse sees — cartons that arrive in the condition they left us.

Products are inspected, packed to your marking requirements and loaded for the journey to your warehouse.

Two Moments Where You Decide

The process pauses twice — once on paper, once in your hands. Nothing is tooled or produced in volume before you approve.

Drawings & Solution
You confirm the structure, dimensions and finish on paper. This is where changes are still free of tooling cost.

Sample Test & Confirmation
You test the physical sample. Once you confirm it, that sample becomes the reference for the whole bulk run.
