A packaging partner built around your

product.

We are an eco packaging supplier focused on molded pulp. Design, tooling, sampling, production follow-up, packing and delivery are coordinated by one team — so moving away from plastic does not mean adding suppliers to manage.

01 · About

We supply eco packaging — and we take your success personally

Outin is an innovative, sustainability-focused eco packaging provider, committed to customized packaging solutions for customers around the world.

Our core products are molded pulp trays, inserts, clamshells and boxes for gift, food and beverage, agriculture, skincare and cosmetics, electronics and alcohol packaging. Around them we coordinate the services that make a project actually happen: design, tooling, sampling, production follow-up, packing and delivery.

At Outin we believe our success is tied to our customers’ success. Our team works to understand what each customer really needs, then draws on our expertise to propose packaging that fits their business objectives — helping them reach their own green packaging goals, and doing our part for a greener planet.

02 · Design

Design that sets your product apart

Structural design and 3D modelling before anything is cut.

Great packaging starts with great design. Our design team works closely with customers to create packaging tailored to the product — whether that is a simple box or a complex molded pulp tray with several cavities.

From concept to completion we support structural design, engineering, 3D modelling and rapid prototyping. The work is not only about how the part looks: we design for how fibre behaves, where the product needs clearance, and where it needs support.

You review the drawing and the 3D model before tooling is cut — which is where changes are still cheap and fast.

03 · Tooling

Precision molds, perfect products

Packaging is only as good as the tool behind it. Tooling is produced with CNC machining to a design that has already been checked against your product — durable, efficient and matched to the part it has to form.

Because the mold defines the fit, every project starts from the approved drawing and the approved sample. Tooling follows from that version, which is how the sample you sign off and the parts you receive stay to the same specification.

Sample tooling and production tooling serve different jobs: one proves the fit quickly, the other holds it at volume. Both are signed off by you before mass production begins.

Forming tooling — the part that decides fit and consistency.

04 · Production

Production powerhouse, quality you can trust

The infrastructure behind our projects runs pulping, forming, drying, pressing and trimming — which is what lets us handle a first trial run and a large repeat order with the same attention.

Molded pulp production is a sequence, and every stage has its own variables: fibre consistency at pulping, wall thickness at forming, moisture at drying, definition and density at pressing, and clean edges at trimming.

Because we follow the same lines across projects, we know where each product type tends to drift — and we watch those points from the first run rather than the third.

Quality is monitored continuously through every stage, so problems are caught at the line rather than at the port. If a batch is drifting, we stop it there: it is far cheaper to correct a forming issue than to explain a container of rejects.

05 · Quality

Quality controlled at every step

Quality is more than a promise — it is a responsibility.

Our quality control team checks from raw material inspection through forming, drying, pressing, trimming and packing. Problems are found while they can still be fixed, not after the container has sailed.

Every order passes three checkpoints: incoming material, finished parts before packing, and packed cartons before loading. Each one has a pass, rework or reject decision attached to it.

Finished parts checked before they are packed.

06 · Packing & Delivery

Careful packing, timely delivery

Our products are packed so they arrive in the condition they were made. Packing materials are chosen to protect the parts in transit and in storage — and we can pack to your own carton, marking and pallet requirements.

Packing is planned around the product: how the parts stack, how much compression they can take, and how they will be unloaded at the other end.

Shipping can be arranged by sea, air or land depending on your deadline and budget. Export documents are prepared to match the customs requirements of your market, so clearance does not become the delay.

Tell us how you want to receive the goods, and we will build the packing and the paperwork around it.

07 · Communication

Always connected, always close

Business is built on communication.

Being responsive — answering questions quickly and keeping you informed as a project moves — is a large part of why customers stay with us over the years.

You can reach our team throughout the project, from the first drawing to the loaded container. We would rather over-communicate than leave a client guessing about where their order stands.

Tell us how you prefer to work — email, WhatsApp or a scheduled call — and we will keep to that rhythm. Talk to our team

Why choose molded pulp packaging?

Because the material is already doing what your customers ask for — and what packaging rules increasingly require. If you are weighing it against plastic or foam, we can show you where it wins and where it does not.
